Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation Requests

  • All cancellation requests must be submitted through official support channels

  • Requests are processed based on the provider’s cancellation rules

2. Timing & Eligibility

  • Some bookings may not be cancellable

  • Cancellation eligibility depends on fare conditions and timing

3. Fees

Cancellation charges may include:

  • Airline or provider penalties

  • Service and processing fees

4. Provider Authority

Travel providers have final authority on:

  • Cancellation approval

  • Refund eligibility

  • Applicable penalties

5. Pre-Fulfillment Cancellations

Where a booking has not yet been confirmed or processed, cancellation may be possible without charges. Once fulfilled, refund rules apply.
