1. Overview

Trusted Trips Inc. acts as an intermediary travel service provider offering booking services for airlines, cruises, buses, and cab transportation through third-party providers.

2. Booking & Payment

  • All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation from third-party providers

  • Payments must be completed at the time of booking via Stripe or PayPal

  • A booking is considered confirmed only after successful payment and issuance of confirmation

3. Fulfillment & Delivery Policy

  • All services are fulfilled digitally

  • Booking confirmations, tickets, and itineraries are delivered via email

  • Delivery time ranges from instant to up to 24 hours, depending on the travel provider

  • In rare cases of delay, our support team will assist in resolving fulfillment issues

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate contact details to receive booking confirmations

4. Third-Party Services

  • All travel services are provided by independent third-party providers (airlines, transport operators, etc.)

  • Trusted Trips Inc. is not responsible for operational aspects such as delays, cancellations, rescheduling, or service quality

  • Users agree to comply with the terms and policies of these providers

5. Pricing & Fees

  • Prices are dynamic and subject to change until booking confirmation

  • Taxes, surcharges, and service fees may apply

  • Currency conversion fees may be charged by payment providers

6. Cancellations & Refunds

  • All cancellations and refunds are subject to provider-specific policies

  • Refund timelines and eligibility are detailed in our Refund Policy

  • Certain bookings may be non-refundable or partially refundable

7. User Responsibilities

Users agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information

  • Review booking details before payment

  • Carry valid identification and travel documents

  • Comply with applicable laws and provider rules

8. Limitation of Liability

Trusted Trips Inc. shall not be liable for:

  • Delays, cancellations, or disruptions caused by third-party providers

  • Losses due to missed travel, incorrect details, or external factors

  • Indirect or consequential damages arising from travel services

9. Fraud & Misuse

We reserve the right to cancel bookings or restrict access in cases of suspected fraud, misuse, or violation of these terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, USA.
