Refund Policy

Refunds are governed primarily by the policies of airlines, cruise operators, bus providers, and other travel partners.

2. Eligibility

Refund eligibility depends on:

  • Fare type (refundable vs non-refundable)

  • Timing of cancellation

  • Provider-specific rules

3. Processing Timeline

  • Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days

  • The time for funds to reflect depends on your bank or payment provider

4. Payment Processing

Refunds are issued via the original payment method through Stripe or PayPal.
These processors handle fund transfers but do not determine refund eligibility.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds may not be available in cases including:

  • Non-refundable bookings

  • No-shows

  • Missed departures due to customer error

6. Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may apply based on:

  • Cancellation timing

  • Applicable penalties

  • Portion of travel already used

7. Disputes & Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without contacting support may result in:

  • Booking cancellation

  • Account restrictions

  • Additional administrative handling
